Stop Negotiating with God's Law

There is a way of reading Paul that turns him into a man who arrived to cancel Moses. That way is convenient, and it is false. Paul is the apostle who said we establish the law; who called the law holy, and the commandment holy, and just, and good; who kept the feasts and reasoned every Sabbath in the synagogues.

Wherefore the law is holy, and the commandment holy, and just, and good.

Negotiation always begins with a verse taken out of its house. Colossians 2 is made to bury the Sabbath it was defending from man-made judgment. Acts 10 is made to clean the pig it never mentioned. Hebrews 4 is made to dissolve the day it uses as the pattern of rest. Stop. Read the words. The law was never the enemy. Lawlessness is.

Chastisement is not optional

If I am not following His instructions, I will receive His chastisement. That is not a threat invented by harsh teachers. It is the Fatherhood of God. Grace covers the stumble of a people who are walking. It does not baptize the refusal to walk.

He that saith, I know him, and keepeth not his commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him.

The remnant is not a people with better opinions. The remnant is a people who stopped negotiating. They heard the commandments, they believed the Lamb, and they walked.
