Feast of Tabernacles — Day 5

September 16/17 | The 19th Day of the Seventh Month

Beloved Greater One Church,

and all who labor in Oneness with the Greater One,

Day 5 of the Feast has come. We are past the opening joy and not yet at the closing assembly. This is the stretch where the heart must choose to remain.

Our anchor is unchanged.

Yet now be strong… for I am with you, saith the LORD of hosts… so my spirit remaineth among you: fear ye not.

Haggai 2:4-5 · KJV

The glory of this latter house shall be greater than of the former… and in this place will I give peace, saith the LORD of hosts.

He did not say He would be with us only on Day 1. His Spirit remains. Therefore we must remain. The promise of greater glory and peace is still tied to His presence — and His presence is honored when we stay aligned with His Word, and when we keep the seventh-day stillness in holy convocation with the Spirit of Creation (Exodus 16:28-30; Psalm 4:4).

Do not let Day 5 become common. The Feast of Tabernacles was given so we would remember that the Lord was our covering in the wilderness, and that we are still sojourners who dwell under His care (Leviticus 23:42-43). We are His temple. We are His tabernacle. The more we practice His truth as it is written, the more His glory shines through us (John 17:21-23).

Oneness with Him is not proven by how loudly we began the Feast. It is proven by whether we are still walking with Him in the middle of it — keeping our hands from mischief, doing what pleases Him, and taking hold of His covenant of life (Isaiah 56:1-4).

Keep the Feast with joy. The command has not expired.

Seven days shalt thou keep a solemn feast unto the LORD thy God… because the LORD thy God shall bless thee in all thine increase, and in all the works of thine hands, therefore thou shalt surely rejoice.

Deuteronomy 16:15 · KJV

Eat. Drink. Share with the stranger, the fatherless, and the widow. Let thanksgiving multiply to the glory of God (2 Corinthians 4:15). A loving relationship with Him is built on obedience. A toxic one is built on disobedience and rebellion (John 4:23-24).

When the enemy presses you with frustration, answer as Yahusha answered — with a life conformed to what is written. Prayer without obedience will not unlock the good, acceptable, and perfect will of God (Isaiah 58:1-5, 13-14).

Beloved, be strong on Day 5. Fear not. His Spirit remains among you. Stay in the Feast. Stay in His stillness. Stay in His way.

The latter house shall have greater glory. The Feast of Tabernacles must continue.
